1. How long does a delivery take in Australia?

Allow for 5 to 6 business days for Standard delivery and 24 to 48 hours for Express delivery within Australia.

2. How much does it cost for postage?

Your postage will be calculated at check-out and appear as a separate item on your order.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Indeed we do!

4. What currency is used for international orders?

All currencies will reflect the country where you’re located and charges to your preferred provider will also reflect your country of origin.

5. What payment method/s do you accept?

Our secure check-out accepts payments via PAYPAL and STRIPE. We prefer PAYPAL.

6. Where can I learn how to style my Diva Headwraps headwrap?

If you’re new to the headwrap game, we’re happy to provide links to several videos that will assist you in learning to style your headwrap with confidence. We also run headwrap styling workshops here in Brisbane so watch out for our events which will be posted via FACEBOOK.

7. Do you accept returns?

8. Can I wash my headwrap?

Of course! Wash your headwrap separately in cold water. You might want to do this before wearing it for the first time as some designs are more heavily waxed than others.

9. Do you restock your designs?

No. We prefer to keep on restocking our store with fresh designs in order to maintain an exclusive range of headwraps.

10. Are all your headwraps made from cotton? 

No. We’ve introduced a variety of fabrics so that you can have more fun styling your crown.

11. Where are your headwraps made?

Right here in Brisbane.
